He advises sovereign states, multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals on complex commercial disputes of significant value before domestic courts and international arbitral tribunals, including under the ICC, SCC and ICSID Additional Facility Rules. His work spans the construction, energy, mining and insolvency sectors, and includes multi-jurisdictional enforcement and asset recovery.

• Representation of a former client of Probusinessbank in an insolvency-related commercial court dispute against a British bank involving asset-siphoning schemes, resulting in a US$185.34 million judgment.
