• Represented a major Russian company in a dispute with the tax authorities, which resulted in a full satisfaction of the client’s claims totaling 250 million KZT;
• Acted on behalf of three Italian manufacturing companies in debt recovery proceedings totaling 400,000 EUR, the court ruled in favor of all three clients;
• Represented a Dutch marketing company in a tax dispute that concluded with a favorable decision and full tax exemption for the client;
• Drafted the claim and developed the initial litigation strategy in a high-value tort case valued at over 30 million USD, involving China’s largest train manufacturer;
• Consulting a Chinese bank on issues related to providing multi‑million credit financing to a Kazakhstani borrower, secured by a corporate guarantee, intended to finance the construction of a power plant;
