About
Senior Associate in the Customs Services practice at PwC Kazakhstan. More than 8 years of experience in customs administration and consulting.
Previously worked in the customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Customs Administration Department, State Revenue Committee, Ministry of Finance of the RK), where he was engaged in customs administration matters and participated in international negotiations and working groups on trade facilitation at the level of the EAEU, the World Customs Organization, and the WTO. Has extensive experience in customs administration, advising companies on various matters in the customs sphere, optimizing import costs, applying tariff benefits and preferences, and minimizing risks.
