Bogdan Piskorskiy is a Senior Associate in Dentons’ Astana office and one of the key member of the firm’s renewable energy, real estate, construction and infrastructure practices. He specializes in structuring and implementation of complex projects and has significant experience advising on regulatory, contractual and project-related matters.

Bogdan has been involved in a number of the largest and most innovative transactions, advising leading Kazakhstan and international companies, His experience includes the drafting, review and negotiation of a broad range of project and commercial agreements, including design and construction contracts, EPC contracts, including those based on the FIDIC books, sale and purchase, lease and real estate mortgage agreements, public-private partnership agreements, as well as agreements related to project implementation.

Bogdan has deep expertise in legislation related to architectural, urban planning and construction activities, the energy sector, in the legal framework governing the use of renewable energy sources, infrastructure, public-private partnerships and land matters.

Among Bogdan’s most recent projects are his involvement in the drafting of certain articles of the draft Constitutional Law “On the Special Legal Regime of the City of Alatau”, as well as the preparation of legislative amendments relating to the implementation of hydropower projects under the mandate of the Asian Development Bank.
