Professional experience and specialisation He has over 20 years’ experience in legal practice, including active work within the jurisdiction of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) since 2021. His portfolio of expertise includes the successful representation of business interests in complex transactions involving non-residents, comprehensive legal support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as extensive experience as a litigator in resolving complex commercial disputes. His in-depth practical expertise in corporate law is complemented by specialist qualifications: he has completed specialised training programmes on ‘Independent Directors in JSCs’ and ‘Corporate Secretaries in JSCs’. This enables him to establish an effective corporate governance framework, protect shareholders’ interests and ensure the security of corporate structures.
