1. What documents are required for membership?

2. Who can become a member of KazBar?
Any individual who meets the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Advocacy and Legal Aid" and the Charter of KazBar may become a member of the Chamber.
The key requirements include a higher legal education, at least two years of legal work experience, and successful completion of the certification process. The full list of requirements is available in the "Join KazBar" section.
3. How long does the application review process take?
Applications are reviewed within 14 calendar days, provided that the applicant submits a complete set of documents and meets the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. What is the membership fee?
The current membership fees are available in the "Membership" → "Membership Fees" section.
5. Can I participate in KazBar's educational events without being a member?
Educational events organized by KazBar are available exclusively to its members. After joining the Chamber, you will be able to participate in seminars and other educational events, as well as benefit from special offers provided by our partners, including international training and internship programmes.
