He advises strategic investors, financial institutions and multinational corporations on M&A transactions, joint ventures, foreign investments structuring and corporate restructurings. He acts as Kazakhstani counsel on a number of the most significant cross-border transactions in the region, including deals involving global technology platforms, industrial groups and state-owned corporations.​

• Advised an American company on Kazakhstani law aspects of its $8.1 billion acquisition of a company, including legal due diligence of local assets.​
