Sholpan Zabikh is a legal professional with over 22 years of experience and holds a Doctor of Laws degree.

She specializes in civil, civil procedure, corporate, labor, and international law. She has in-depth knowledge of transport law (including aviation, freight transportation, and logistics), as well as constitutional law. She has substantial expertise in providing comprehensive legal support to organizations and in resolving complex legal disputes.
She has held senior management positions in large organizations and holdings, including in the civil aviation and education sectors, as well as in government institutions. She advises clients at all stages of disputes — from legal risk assessment and development of legal strategy to court representation and settlement. She drafts and reviews contracts, supports transactions, establishes effective cooperation with government authorities and international partners, and prepares analytical materials on a wide range of legal and business development issues.

She is known for her practical approach and ability to find effective solutions in complex legal situations.
For more than 25 years, she has been engaged in academic and teaching activities, holding positions as Associate Professor and Professor at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Telecommunication Systems, and Narxoz University. She lectures in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
She is the author of 3 monographs and 2 textbooks, as well as numerous academic publications, including articles indexed in international databases (Scopus). She has participated as a speaker at international conferences held in Turkey and Poland.
