Membership fees
Dear colleagues!
In accordance with Article 88 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2018 “On Advocacy Activity and Legal Assistance”, annual membership fees in the Chamber of Legal Consultants shall be established in an amount not less than 15 times and not more than 75 times the monthly calculation index (MCI).
By the decision of the General Meeting of the Chamber of Legal Consultants “Kazakhstan Bar Association” dated March 3, 2025, the annual membership fee has been set at 70,000 tenge, which is equivalent to 16.1 MCI.
Pursuant to subparagraph 2) of paragraph 4 of Article 76 of the said Law, each legal consultant is obliged to pay the fees established by law.
In accordance with clause 4.22.4 of the Charter of the Chamber “Kazakhstan Bar Association”, an active member of the Chamber is obliged to annually pay membership fees in the prescribed amount and manner.
According to clause 6.4 of the Charter, membership fees shall be paid in a single payment no later than February 20 of the current year.
