COMPULSORY INSURANCE OF PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY
Dear members of KazBar Chamber,
Pursuant to clause 1 of Article 77 of the Law: “A legal consultant shall conclude a professional liability insurance agreement for obligations arising as the result of harm caused to third parties subject to legal assistance under the agreement. A legal consultant may not begin the provision of legal assistance in the absence of a professional liability insurance agreement”. Further, pursuant to sub-clause 3 of clause 4 of Article 92 of the Law, the Register of the Chamber shall contain information about maintaining property laibility of a member of the Chamber of Legal Consultants.
In this connection we ask you to provide an insurance agreement to enter this information in the Uniform Insurance Register.
Selection of an insurance company is your absolute right. Moreover you may consider the following insurance proposals.

Dear legal concultants,
Beginning from this year you have an opportunity to enter into agreements of inustance of professional liability of legal consulatnts in the online mode by reference to https://kupipolis.kz/ru/prof-responsibility?ref=drpo
To execute an insurance agreement you need to provide:
1. an ID card
2. the EDS (for signing)
3. a bank card of any bank (with an open permission of internet payments).
An insurance agreement is executed in the following procedure:
1. A legal consultant:
inserts necessary data in the obligatory fields on the pages of internet resource → signs using EDS → pays insurance premium.
2. An insurance company:
Signs the agreement using EDS (during business hours) → deliver the agreement signed by the parties to the email address specified by the legal consultant.

In this connection, we ask you to send immediately upon executing an Agreement his following details to the e-mail address lawyer@kazbar.org.kz:
- Insurer (name of the insurance company);
- Full name of a Chamber member / name of a legal entity (specified upon execution by the Employer of a Chamber member an agreement with an insurer);
- Number and date of the Agreement;
- The effective term of the Agreement.
We ask you to timely execute an agreement and provide the above details!
