Speaker: Yeleuov Mukhit Madiyarovich, Partner of the law firm "ADL Disputes".
Mukhit Eleuov is a dispute resolution specialist with more than 20 years of experience. He was a partner and head of the Kazakhstan dispute resolution practice at an international law firm. Mukhit heads the Moscow office of the law firm "ADL Disputes".
Mukhit has advised on numerous major disputes in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. He has represented many clients in international arbitration, the AIFC Court, and various courts in Kazakhstan, including the Supreme Court.
Mukhit acts as an expert on Kazakh law in foreign courts and international arbitrations, and also periodically performs the duties of an arbitrator.
Mukhit is a former member of the Board of the Kazakhstan Bar Association (KazBar) and former co-chairman of the Courts and Arbitration Committee of KazBar. He regularly makes presentations and publishes articles on arbitration and civil proceedings.
