Dilbara has extensive experience in advising on corporate, contractual, labor, and immigration law, AIFC rules and regulations, foreign exchange regulation, market entry consulting, structuring various corporate activities of legal entities and assisting in their implementation and operation, as well as handling projects related to company liquidation.
Projects related to labor law include participation in conciliation commissions, preparation of relevant documents, conducting internal HR audits, and implementing recommendations based on the audit results. Dilbara also has significant experience representing clients before courts of all instances in tax, customs, and labor disputes.
