Svetlana is a legal expert with more than 23 years of experience in corporate and M&A, labour law and subsoil use issues.
Svetlana oversees the firm's groups for supporting companies from the mining sector, industry and trade, including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and other.
Svetlana's experience includes managing mergers and acquisitions projects, conducting Due diligence, restructuring the businesses of the largest foreign and national companies in Kazakhstan from various sectors of the economy, building a corporate structure and corporate governance in groups of companies, creating joint ventures and developing non-standard complex constituent documents, full support for companies' activities, as well as implementing investment projects by companies. She also represents clients in corporate disputes as well as before the state authorities.
