Talgat has a wide experience in the field of dispute resolution and litigation, including appeals of government authorities’ actions in relation to taxation, transfer pricing, customs duties matters. Talgat represented clients in litigations on violation of tax, customs, environment, licensing, immigration, labour laws. He also consulted clients on taxation matters.

Talgat is a member of KazBar and an Arbitrator of Arbitration Center of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken”.
He is fluent in Kazakh, English and Russian.
