Muhammad Aizhan, Founder of ProiP Law Firm, has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property issues, and also specializes in IT law.
Since 2011, she has been a registered Patent Attorney of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

She is the author of lecture materials for the “Intellectual Property Law” course for the Open University of Kazakhstan (OpenU) project.
Aizhan is a member of the working group on the development and introduction of amendments to intellectual property legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She is also a member of the Chamber of Legal Consultants (KazBar) and the Chamber of Patent Attorneys. She acts as an arbitrator at the First Economic Arbitration.

Throughout her professional career, Aizhan has held senior legal positions, including Counsel and Head of the Intellectual Property Department at an international law firm. In 2019, she was appointed Head of the Kazakhstan office of an international law firm specializing in intellectual property matters.
Ms. Aizhan provides legal advisory services to both domestic and international clients. Her professional experience includes comprehensive legal support and supervision of day-to-day legal matters of companies operating in the FMCG sector, as well as industrial and pharmaceutical organizations.
