About

Alexandra Sergeevna Lyutikova is a legal consultant and a member of the Kazakhstan Bar Association since 2019. She has over 10 years of legal experience.

She specializes in dispute resolution and commercial litigation, corporate and contract law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as comprehensive legal support of business operations.

  1. Representation of a client in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitral award amounting to approximately USD 30 million, including full support at all stages of the proceedings and subsequent enforcement of the court decision.
  2. Representation of a major infrastructure construction company in a complex dispute with a subcontractor (exceeding KZT 5 billion), including claims for recovery of additional works, counterclaims for return of advance payments, enforcement of a bank guarantee, as well as challenging interim measures and actions of enforcement officers.
  3. Advising on antitrust investigations, including representation in a cartel investigation lasting over 3 years, preparation and submission of information to the antitrust authority, participation in court proceedings, as well as obtaining antitrust clearances and advising on regulatory matters related to entities holding dominant market positions.
  4. Legal support of a transaction involving the acquisition of a significant infrastructure asset in the transport and logistics sector with participation of a foreign investor, including transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, and legal risk assessment.
