Alexandra Sergeevna Lyutikova is a legal consultant and a member of the Kazakhstan Bar Association since 2019. She has over 10 years of legal experience.

She specializes in dispute resolution and commercial litigation, corporate and contract law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as comprehensive legal support of business operations.

She has substantial experience representing clients in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including in complex and multi-stage disputes, as well as in enforcement proceedings and interaction with governmental authorities.

1. Representation of a client in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitral award amounting to approximately USD 30 million, including full support at all stages of the proceedings and subsequent enforcement of the court decision.
