Stanislav Lechshak is a senior associate in Dentons’ Almaty office, where he is a member of the Tax and Customs as well as the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice groups.

With 15 years of experience in tax and customs law, Stanislav advises clients from various industries—primarily oil and gas, mining, services, retail and other industries. He has particular know-how related to stabilized tax regimes and other specific mechanisms that apply to the main production sharing agreements currently effective in Kazakhstan.

In his litigation and dispute resolution practice Stanislav represents clients’ interests in complex tax and customs disputes, mainly in cases associated with appealing the results of state inspections, as well as the imposition of corresponding administrative fines.
