• Representation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on negotiating a settlement with the Kazakh-Turkish joint venture company, F&A Road Construction, of a dispute related to the significant road reconstruction of Kurty-Burylbaital highway in Kazakhstan.
• Representation a consortium of international construction companies in connection with operation and maintenance of the Big Almaty Ring Motor Road, the largest infrastructure PPP project in Kazakhstan.
• Representation of Rönesans Holding, a leading contracting and investment company, on the financing of a €456 million public–private partnership (PPP) healthcare project for the construction and operation of a cutting-edge hospital in Kazakhstan, which is listed by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a project of particular significance. Our work included providing comprehensive legal support to Renell Kokshetau LLP, a Rönesans Holding’s subsidiary, throughout the contract negotiation, commercial and financial close stages.
