Igor Kolupaev provides a full range of advisory services in the areas of taxation (including tax planning, taxation of M&A transactions and reorganizations, as well as tax and customs disputes) and corporate law.

Igor serves on the board of the Tax Working Group of the American Chamber of Commerce.
