A lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in legal support of major projects in Kazakhstan and Central Asia (subsoil use, shipping, telecom, aviation, national holdings).
From 2007 to 2011, she provided services in the field of merchant shipping, registration of sea vessels and obtaining the necessary permits, as well as represented clients in court on the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on merchant shipping.
Since 2011, he has been working at Deloitte TCF LLP: from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager; in 2018, she headed the legal practice of Deloitte in Uzbekistan, in 2023 — the Tax and Legal Department.

Specialization: legal representation in tax and customs disputes (appealing the results of tax and customs inspections, actions/inactions of tax authorities, refund of overpaid taxes; including cases considered by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan), legal regulation in the field of subsoil use and PSAs, environmental law and compliance, corporate transformations and SSC projects, development and implementation of corporate policies and programs (including pension programs), support of transactions and privatization processes.
