For the past 10 years, I have been a Partner at GRATA International, overseeing the western regions of Kazakhstan.
My clients face a wide range of legal challenges, which my team and I successfully address. My primary focus is on shareholders’ relations in joint ventures and corporate governance matters. In addition, our team handles employment issues, dispute resolution, and other business-related legal matters.

• Bachelor of Laws in International Law, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (2008).
• Master of Laws in Corporate Law, Finance and Behaviour, Vrije Universiteit in cooperation with the University of Amsterdam.

During her studies, she completed internships in a court and a private company.
In 2008, she got a job as a lawyer at GRATA, in 2013 she was promoted to senior associate and deputy director, in 2014 she was promoted to adviser and co-director, in 2015 she was appointed director of the Atyrau branch, in 2015 she was appointed director of Aktobe, in 2016 she was promoted to partner, in 2024 she was appointed director of Aktau.
