BAIMAGAMBETOV BERIK ABENOVICH
Graduate of Al-Farabi Kazakh State University (2002), Faculty of Law, specialty - jurisprudence, work experience in the legal profession is more than 22 years in government agencies (investigator of the Almaty Police Department, lawyer of the Akimat, lawyer of the public procurement department), quasi-public sector (head of the legal department of Kazaeroservice JSC), private organizations (inspector of KKG LLP), a public organization (head of the legal service – Deputy Chairman for legal affairs of the Trade Union of Zhambyl region).

The main areas of activity are legal protection of the rights of citizens and legal entities; pre–trial settlement (negotiations and correspondence with counterparties); preparation of statements of claim and protection of interests of citizens and legal entities in courts of all instances on labor, financial, housing, tax, land, banking disputes, as well as representation in the field of public procurement, appeals of actions state bodies and other categories of cases; registration (re-registration) of legal entities; development and conclusion of various contracts.

In 2003-2007, after graduating from the Faculty of Law of KazGU, he worked as a district inspector, investigator of the Zhetysu police department of Almaty.
In 2007 - Chief Legal Adviser, in 2008 - Head of the Legal Department of Kazaeroservice JSC in Almaty.
In 2009-2010, he was an inspector of the Higher State Administration for the Zhambyl region at Credit Collection Group LLP.
In 2010, he worked as a lawyer in the office of the Akimat of T.Ryskulov district, in 2011-2012, he was a lawyer at the Department of Education, Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of T.Ryskulov district. From September 2012 to April 2023, he worked as a legal inspector of the legal service of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Zhambyl region. In 2014, he was transferred to head this legal service.
Since 2018, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Zhambyl region for legal and socio-economic issues.

In May 2023, I became the founder of the Baimagambetov Brothers Law Company LLP, in which I currently hold the position of director.

Outsourcing of legal entities. We represent our interests in courts on civil, labor, and tax disputes, within the framework of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan (appealing against actions of state bodies), collecting accounts receivable from legal entities, collecting debts of individuals (contract, receipt, droppery).
